Our candles are handmade. Please allow up 7-21 business days for payment processing, packaging and shipping. USPS tracking number(s) will be provided once your order has been shipped. We may experience delays due to high sales volume especially during sales an holidays.

*Once order has been placed, refunds will not be provided due to wait times.* Please make note of this before ordering.

RETURN/REFUND/CANCEL

We Do Not Cancel Orders After They Have Been Placed. We are not responsible for lost, misplaced, stolen, or damaged packages. Please provide the correct address we are not responsible for replacing packages with the wrong address provided to us.
