Shipping Policy

Our Fuzzy Slides are handmade in Los Angeles, California with premium faux fur. Please allow up to 1-3 Business Days for payment processing, packaging and shipping. USPS tracking number(s) will be provided once your order has been shipped.

*Once order has been placed, refunds will not be provided due to wait times.* Please make note of this before ordering.

Should you need to make any updates to your order, such as sizing corrections, shipping address corrections, email address corrections, etc. please contact us via email within 24 hours.


We Do Not Cancel Orders After They Have Been Placed

30 Day return policy. Items can be exchanged within 30 days for the same style in a different size. Returned Items must be  unused, unworn, tags are attacthed, and not damaged. All shipping fees are not refundable. We do not pay for return shipping fees. Refunds take 30-60 days from the date items are returned.

We are not responsible for lost, misplaced, stolen, or damaged packages. Please provide the correct address we are not responsible for replacing packages with the wrong address provided to us. 





ALLOW 1-3 business days for payment processing, packaging, and shipping. Shipping may be delayed during holidays and sales.

Return & Exchange Policy

 We do not accept returns, exhanges, or refunds once the item has been in your possession.

Lost / Stolen Packages

If your package says "DELIVERED" but you did not receive your package, please notify us after 24 hours and within 7 days and contact your local post office or UPS to see if your package is being held. In most cases, the carrier has marked your package delivered too early and it ends up being delivered within 24 hours. If you consider your package lost or stolen, please email us right away. We can provide you with all of the information we have to help you locate your package, including: tracking number, ship date and last known location. Sheegoo will NOT contact any parcel service on your behalf. When the package leaves our facility, the customer assumes all responsibility for the package. Sheegoo is NOT responsible for the refund or re-ship of any packages due to the following circumstances: - held or returned packages due to incorrect address or undeliverable. - shipments lost at any point in the parcel process. - shipments stolen at any point in the parcel process.
